The tour starts with a transfer from the City of Oaxaca to Santa Maria del Tule (30 minutes). While the guides unload the bikes from the truck you can visit the legendary Tule tree, one of the largest trees in the world. The bike tour starts from El Tule; 27 km through off-road paths and passes through several towns of the valley Guendulain, Lachigolo, Tlacochahuaya, macuilxochitl and Teotitlán del Valle; communities of famous weavers where Josefina and her family will give a demonstration of the traditional art of this village and where local looms can be purchased at fair prices. The trip continues to Santa Ana del Valle and Tlacolula de Matamoros, where the first part of the tour ends.

The bikes are loaded to vehicles and we move to the community of Mitla where you can visit the archaeological zone. Otherwise we go on to to Hierve el Agua, where doña Emelia will prepare our lunch consisting of tlayudas, quesadillas, memelitas to the comal with beans, cheese, salsa and guacamole accompanied by a cold beer or soda. After the meal we will carry out a short walk to visit the different petrified waterfalls and swim in the natural pools. The return to the city is after having enjoyed comfortably all these activities. During the return to the city if the group wants, we can stop at one of the palenques to see how mezcal is produced and taste the different presentations. One of these may be "Mezcal palenques the King of matatlan" which is at the height of Teotitlán del Valle, Tlacolula, where you can also purchase the mezcal of your preference.
